By June 1, 2017 Blog

Black Point, in Narragansett Rhode Island, is one of our all time favorite hiking spots. It is a beautiful hike that features many different views ranging from forest, rocky oceanside, old ruins, and sandy beaches. The trail is about 1.5 miles long and ends at Scarborough Beach with a gorgeous view of the Point Judith lighthouse. The trail is officially known as the Malcolm Grant Trail and was recently improved with an elderly-friendly extension that is ADA compliant for wheelchair access. It’s a family-friendly hiking spot that everyone can enjoy. As you walk you may see others bird-watching, fishing, and walking dogs.
